Ways to Give
As a member of the SBRFC your gift is fully tax-deductible. Beyond writing a check, several efficient giving methods are worth knowing about — especially if you take RMDs, hold appreciated stock, or give through a Donor Advised Fund.
Qualified Charitable Distributions
Donors 70½ and older can give directly from an IRA with zero income recognition. For those taking Required Minimum Distributions, a QCD is functionally a free gift.

Appreciated stock
